Unfortunately, we seem to be having one of the old-style experiences with our Jetta Sportwagen (Golf Wagon here in Canada). Other than one software glitch when new, this car has given us no problems at all. That is an accomplishment for VW. I have owned Passats and an Audi A4, and both were subject to engine-related recalls. So far, so good with the TDI!
