Curves and straight lines in all the right places. Most attractive four-door yet from Korea. Though also an attractive car, even in red the Audi S5 isn't as striking as the Stinger.
Athletic proportions only possible with a rear-drive basis. Note distance from wheel to door cut. The Audi appears much pudgier. Bright red paint doesn't help here.
Similar window outline as the Optima sedan, but realizes its potential with a liftback body style. Partly due to the side window aft of the door, the entire cabin appears further forward on the Audi.
Similar window outline and chrome strip on the Optima, but front-drive sedan proportions. The Stinger appears especially athletic when viewed from a low angle.
Faint retro vibe from the analog instruments and round vents. The Audi's interior looks and feels more upscale and sophisticated.
Styling suggests a fairly compact instrument panel, yet the view forward is more open in the Audi. The touchscreen is a bit of a reach. Otherwise simple, well-designed controls.
A comfortable, supportive driver seat even without the GT2's additional adjustments. More rear knee and leg room than in the Audi. Merely adequate rear headroom in both.
Note scant space between rear seat headrests and the roof. Poor rearward visibility. Why a liftback makes so much sense. Just toss your bicycle or that new TV in here.
Nothing special to look at, even (or especially) with the black plastic cover. A pair of relatively small turbos contribute to a responsive and torquey 365-horsepower engine.
