This problem was sent to GM and GM Engineers determined the charge cooling system did not have a sufficient coolant level and instructed the dealer shop to vacuum fill the charge cooling system until there was no air gap below the filler cap. The next time I went to the track I encountered the loss of power but saw no check engine light. Despite GM engineering believing the charge cooling system caused the issue I don't believe they know for sure and with a problem that only occurs intermittently when I am driving at very high speeds (140 mph) on a track it is very hard to collect meaningful data. | ||
