Mar 2014 18000 mi	Clunking in front end. Dealer replaced Lower Control arm and suspension arm. Clunking now even worse, probably sway bar bushings. The cruise control would not turn on. No codes defective ON/Off button in steering wheel. Replaced all is well.
May 2014 20000 mi	Took my 300C back for clunking in the front end. Kept it a week, tightened all front end parts. Clunk is 90% better but not gone. Service Mgr heard the clunk but only on rough roads. They have done their best. I suspect wrong size sway bar bushings.
Oct 2015 36000 mi	Cruise control inop. Replaced switch on Steering Wheel. 2nd time for this failure and now on 3rd switch
Nov 2015 36700 mi	Dealer worked with Chrysler and test equipment finally determined defective right front strut. The front strut was replaced and all associated parts problem has finally been solved. This problem started day 1 of new car delivery.

Aug 2013 9000 mi	Passenger side door interior was loose. Was found to be missing a clip in the center. Clip was added. Door now creaks and buzzes. Feels cheap. Paint bubbling and peeling from front and rear bumpers. Paint shop unable to fix. Waiting on word from dealer for solution. Either A pillar, front dash on driver side, or something else causes loud intermittent rattles. Up to volume level 15. Could not be reproduced by shop tech. The car is very annoying to drive at times. Experienced traction control turning on/off. Both dry/wet roads. At low speed (making a turn in my neighborhood). To higher speeds such as having to make a quick left. During this rear sometimes feels like its locking up. No codes found. The driver seat has become noisy and seems loose. Not during adjustment, but during stops, acceleration, turning, etc. A replacement seat back and seat rail has been ordered.
Sep 2013 10000 mi	Left call with body shop at start of the month regarding scheduling a solution to paint peeling off of bumpers. Body shop never returned my call and was unable to see my car during the 4.5 days the dealer had it. Dealer replaced seat back. Seat is now much more solid. No longer feels or sounds partly broken. Problem is resolved. Passenger side door that was previously fixed due to being loose became noisy and rattled with music. Door arm rest sounds very cheap and crunchy when touched. Defroster grill was replaced. Door rattle is now gone, but armrest is as stated. Dash rattle not duplicated, but car was doing it when I picked it up. Car seems to be doing it less frequently as time goes on.

Paint was falling off of the front bumper when bugs would hit the vehicle during normal driving. Rear bumper was starting to bubble in places. After my 3rd visit on this issue the dealer finally submitted a warranty claim to Chrysler. Instrument cluster over hang is starting to come loose. Causes noticeable rattle. One can cause significant motion by touching it. I looked at other used versions of this car at a different dealer they do not do this. Passenger side front door still sounds cheap. Crunches when you use the arm rest on it. Dressing rings on the instrument cluster seem loose and another possible source of rattles with the instrument cluster. My steering wheel fabric is starting to tear possibly from my keys on my belt. I have never had this issue with any other vehicle.
Feb 2014 14600 mi	Rattle in front dash and loose instrument cluster shade/overhang. Front dash board was completely removed flocking was installed around all fasteners. Noise has come back after driving. Trunk covering is missing clips and hanging down. Drilled holes for additional clips and re-secured trunk liner. Front end vibrations came back. Front tires were rebalanced. After less than 1k miles front end vibrations reappeared. Continued presence of what feels like turbo lag. Traction control error light still comes on intermittently during low speed turns. Rear end of car feels off when this happens. Experienced large jolts/bang from rear almost like an impact during snow / ice driving. Was told this was normal.

May 2012 15000 mi	Very harsh ride and high levels of noise and "loose" feeling when driving over broken pavement or expansion strips. Other similar cars driven by myself do not have this problem.
Jul 2012 18300 mi	Ongoing sunroof noise (other than wind). Terrible rattles and squeaks while closed. This has been a problem since day one. 8.4 Inch Display and Radio - FM tuner is very noisy and has the poorest reception (range) of any FM radio that I have ever experienced. AM tuner does not work at all on any station. No signal received. Rear powered sunshade came out of its tracks and partially fell onto the rear deck.
Jul 2013 43000 mi	Ongoing issues with noise and rattles coming from the headliner (passenger's side), instrument panel (passenger's side). Never ending interior noises due to unsecured wiring harness and plastic to plastic rubbing. Trunk deck lid fills with water every time it rains or is washed. Water ingress is through poor fitting gasket on decklid mounted brake light. Drainage holes at each of the four corns of decklid were sealed and did not allow water to exit.
Jul 2017 143000 mi US $350	Car stranded me, all electronic subsystems crashed ( bizarre behavior, including NAV, Radio, Gauges, Wipers) finally the transmission decided to shift itself into PARK while I was driving at approximately 12 - 15 miles per hours. Needless to say, it felt that I was rear ended with car coming to an abrupt stop and the engine stalled. Unable to restart and each time that I did try the wiper moved from their park position and swept slowly across the windshield returning to their park position. Blind Spot Notification System - did not work. Mirrors constantly displayed that an object was in the blind spot sensor range. Ongoing problem. Sensors had to be replaced requiring the removal and replacement of the entire rear bumper fascia. Voice command system failed. Ongoing problem. Once activated, the system would hang for several minutes and prevent any audio from working. Each time, I would have to wait until the function would time out on its own before being able to interact with the audio system. Failed backup camera. Camera had been flaky to say the least. IT it would work at all, it was only momentary when the vehicle would be first placed into reverse. The image would then go completely dark (black) for the duration. The problem had become progressively worse, finally no camera operation at all for many months.

Jun 2013 19840 mi	Car has a whitsle/air noise coming from somewhere up in the pano sunroof. Village Chrysler had a look to see if warrantable repair could be completed but noise could not be replicated due to rain. Will return for follow up.
Sep 2013 23560 mi	Dreaded left turn clunk and steering play when turning left on incline or pulling out of driveway. Dealer was unable to replicate. Constant wind noise best described as white noise or crickets. Ajax Chrysler unable to diagnose and Oshawa Durham Chrysler performed road test and cabin pressure test unable to isolate noise but acknowledged that abnormal noise. Rear trunk link activated while driving down the 401 without any trunk open button activation. trunk doesn't close properly at times. On several occasions need to slam trunk shut three times for it to remain closed.
Nov 2013 26660 mi C $120	Engine misfire, followed by smell of rotten eggs while pulling into garage (1km/h). Loud metal clanging noise (best described as someone tapping a spoon on a pop can) only happening on a left turn. Can hear noise from both rear and front. It was determined that rim was making contact with brake caliper and as a result caliper was shaved down. Noise has reduced but has not been eliminated. Unlear if this is a result on winter rim installed or other issue. Rear trunk liner clip fell out. Needed to be replaced. Still a lot of creaks and groans in the car from unidentifiable source. Installed winter tire wheels and started hearing clicking noise. Dealer said inner lip of the steel rim was making contact with brake caliper and rear sway bar link. Dealer grinded down caliper. Noise has reduced but still exists.
Sep 2014 40300 mi	Exterior trim (below the windshield) was warping and allowed for water to drain into the engine bay. front grille more specifically the rubber insert that covers the chrysler emblem has fallen off. the uconnect phone module is frozen in the pairing mode. Apparently this might be indicative of a faulty Bluetooth module. Called uconnect help line and they instructed me to doenload software upgrade which I did. Didn't help.
