We ended up taking the vehicle to a new mechanic who removed the entire engine, disassembled it and cleaned it, resealed the whole thing. Reinstalled it and it's running better than it has since we first purchased it. It cost about $2000 dollars, but the work is completely guaranteed and the peace of mind for our family is worth it. Only piece of advice I have, get a second opinion on work done by a mechanic who's not completely up front with you. | ||
