Even with all that, working entirely by feel, it took a long time to uncover the bulb, unclip some crazy clips, figure out how to remove the bulb, figure out how to re-insert the new bulb (without getting finger oil on it), reattach the even crazier-to-close clips, (did I mention this is all blind), and reseal the weather proof cover. Headlights fogged. Used Meguires Headlight Restoration Kit. Perfectly clear again.
