Car manual states that it does. Jaguar has been unable to answer what files it will play. IPod discharges overnight when using ipod interface. Car reported various faults including adaptive dynamics fault, suspension fault. Dealer tightened connections to battery. Car reports 'transmission not in park' even when transmission is in park. Report then disappears. Issue is sporadic. Dealer could not reproduce. Both rear door seals hanging from bottom of door. Seals replaced. Adaptive dynamics fault and 'transmission not in park' reported again. Dealer replaced JaguarDrive module (transmission shift knob module). Door chime distorted. Instrument pack replaced.

All started when they updated software (without my knowledge until after pick-up). Body assy roof cracks. Cracks located in roof line behind rear of sunroof. Dealer said I hit something (which i didn't). I researched and found TSB JTB00178 JAN 10. Showed them and their mouth dropped... Low Battery Warning, "Car not in Park" alert Roof sheet metal had two cracks around rear of sunroof opening. Jaguar shop tried to tell me something "hit" the area causing the damage. I found other wise when searching web. There is a TSB out there on the issue with repair proceedure Driver window won't automatically close. Hits stop (end) and then rolls down as if something had blocked. Sunroof noisy at speeds over 70mph. i can do slight tilt to remove noise. took to shop and they didn't even touch. will be taking back when they repair splits in sheet metal shop "updated software" without my knowledge. went out last night and parking lights were on. car had been parked over 5 hours and light selector in "auto"
May 2011 23300 mi	Trunk won't close properly without opening and closing several times. Went to pick up car, found they fixed crack on only one side and paint line. The cool vents that rotate....dumb idea... just another gadget that stops working.. Vents jam during rotation. Dealer to replace all of them. Driver window auto up not working - they replaced a switch. They also replaced the driver tail light array (can't do just one bulb). Back ordered back in March or April.

Wind noise unless you slightly tilt (bump the switch) the glass. Shop manager said he drove it and it was repaired. NOT. Things looked distorted when looking out rear windshield. They said nothing wrong, I found TSB on delaminating problem. Glass came in damaged, new one has to be ordered. On back order... Fixed other crack in roof, repainted. Body shop also scratched both sides of car.

Transmission is a closed system so specialized equipment that refills the transmission from the bottom is required. Early XF models have a known problem with erroneous erratic false low tire pressure indications showing on the driver console. This car has had the problem for some time. The problem can be fixed with a simple software update to the TPMS.

May 2008	Amber check engine light illuminated at around 200 mi. Dealer checked all sensors and other relevant potential causes, but none were out of spec. Reset light and we picked it up. It hasn't repeated itself after another 500 mi. Moonroof switch doesn't work reliably, so they ordered a replacement. Squeaked/moaned in the moonroof area from the time we received it. They re-attached clips while it was in for the other issues.

The fuel door recall fix is embarrassingly poorly done. I am very dissatisfied with it. The dealer bent the door back in place, but otherwise left it alone. The right headlight was shaking. They tightened the bolt, but it was still shaking some. After they looked at it again, they said it was fine; there was nothing wrong with it.
