Nov 2009 5000 mi	All 4 door windows and outer weather strips replaced Squeaking/binding when turning steering wheel back and forth. Found noise coming from boot. Told it was a normal condition. rattle from steering column area over washboard type road. unable to reproduce noise at dealer due to smooth roads around dealer rf window weather strip on door panel had been replaced along with the panel. when vehicle was picked up new part fell off. Dealer rechecked and reordered seal . We will have to go back when part come in. I hope that new part is ok!

Left dealer, check engine light came back on 2 miles down the road. Stretched timing chain. Need to replace timing chain, gaskets, etc. Also addressed TSB on power steering noise (whine). All fixed. Noise in steering column (whine), when turning wheel. TSB indicated replace power steering fluid and included additive. Works great. Factory radio (not nav system). Randomly changed to "Aux" while driving. Apparent short in area around auxiliary input. Replaced radio. Works fine.

They had to keep it for 4 days and were eventually able to replicate problem (engine light, rough handling) and replaced fuel injector 1. No problems since.

Jul 2010 14000 mi	Car had a catastrophic failure. Acadia wouldn't start, nav screen flashing white, relay in engine compartment clicking, key would not release from ignition, fuel pump humming. Car was jumped and driven to dealer. They could not find issue. Service airbag warning light was on. A loose connector was fixed. Also checked for heated windshield washer recall notice, but my Acadia VIN wasn't affected.
