Dec 2017 76260 mi C $2000	Exhaust manifold studs had rusted and broken on the drivers side, causing the mainfold to leak at the head. Same thing was about to happen on the drivers side. Had studs replaced on both sides, plus heat shields, plus new manifolds for roughly $1000 in parts and $1000 in labour. A known problem with these Hemi engines, but the manifolds are expensive, especially on the drivers side because it isn't shared with other Chrysler products, it is unique to Aspens and Durangos.

Labor and parts under warranty Dearlership replaced clock spring in steering wheel to fix Airbag light illumination and chime when SUV was operated. repair not covered under standard CPO warranty. owner paid out of pocket.

Dec 2013 75000 mi	Sensor for Service Engine kept coming on due to vacuum leak in fuel lines. Fog light bulb replaced. Shop advised to purchase new fuel cap as possible repair for "Service Engine" Light after being checked on shop diagnostics computer. Driver side passenger door had a large gap between door when closed and bottom of car frame that you could fit your hand inside of due to defective door molding. Water noticed after car wash.
Oct 2014 78000 mi US $300	Park Assist stopped working, message center gave alert to take to Dealer for repair. Dealer kept 2 weeks, said repaired but as soon as engine turned on and gear shift hit reverse, sensor warning again that Park Assist not workiong. Seat mechanism failed on driver's seat.

Dealer said Transmission Cooler lines leaking ($460) - so took to other Mechanic - he said they are leaking so had him do work with OEM and price was ($310.37) including and oil change. Parts 158.90, labor $100
