Jul 2007 7000 mi	A/C relay replaced. A/C relay replaced a second time.
Jan 2008 16000 mi	Rear seat repair, would not lock down. Rear passenger headrest housing replaced - was not seated it would come out with the headrest.
Jun 2010 40000 mi	I had a problem with the Nitro hard starting intermittently. Dodge could no find the problem.

Aug 2008 16000 mi	One of the 'runners' on top of the roof was coming loose; attached to molding; causing leak. Replaced all.
Oct 2009 28000 mi	When filling gas tank to full, pump would not stop so gas would splash out. (tried several different gas pumps/stations). Dealer cleaned out ("blew out") tubes. Seat belt cuts into side panel of car when wearing it (driver side). Damages side panel and frays seat belt. Has happened before and had panel replaced. Now also I could not adjust seat belt higher or lower- that part broken as well.
Jan 2010 29000 mi	Replaced seat belt and interior panel, etc Gas tank replaced as when filling tank gas would spray out. On previous repair trip they cleaned out but problem was not resolved.
Aug 2010 31000 mi	Was speeding up, car 'kicked' forward, lost speed, check engine light on. Pulled over, restarted car, drove fine. Took to repair shop as per warranty company - cannot replicate. Come back when it happens again to build a history.

May 2011 60000 mi	the car was taken in for ac blowing hot air.they said the h-vac line was clogged and replaced it and sent us on our way.the warranty paid 572.00 2 days later iwas back again for no ac again.they said the ac line,low side,was leaking,that th the ac line low side was leaking.they said it was leaking from the o rings.the parts are on back order and no release date.they sent the hose out to be repaired and only charged me the labor cost for the shop since the car shouldnt haveleft there was a clog in the ac and they replaced a valve and the tensioner

Nov 2006 1000 mi	Screws missing from 3rd. brakelight were replaced.
Jan 2007 4500 mi	padding under dash near brake and gas fell makeing unsafe condition.caused by use of shifter, making pad drop on foot.dealer said ongoing problem.placed pad back to orignal place. Panel that is above drivers feet of console came down on foot. Returned to dealer, was told this is a ongoing problem and is caused by shifter use, causing the panel to fall. Was reattached and said it may come down again. To me,it is a saftey issue.
May 2007 10000 mi	roof rack molding on drive side came loose. had to be replaced. on going problem. may or maynot stay glued down. was told by dealer to watch for a few weeks.

Oct 2007 2800 mi	Transmission shifting hard and shuddering. TSB performed, reprogrammed pcm.
Jan 2008 8000 mi	Transmission still shuddering and shifting hard, flash update performed. Also radio turns on by itself while vehicle is unattended and keys are in hand. No repair found
Mar 2008 10000 mi	Trans shudder still exists with hard shifting, torque converter replaced. Trans still shudders shifting is smoother while still not acceptable.
Apr 2008 10000 mi	trans shudder and roof rack rails lifting off car, they have never been used. Replaced roof rack under warranty. re flashed trans with "new" software.

Feb 2007 1000 mi	Transmission slips, vehicle periodically loses power, keyless entry only works intermittantly, gas pedal stuck while driving vehicle. Dealer claimed they "didn't manufacture the vehicle" so it wasn't their "problem". Told me I needed to take it up with Chrysler. Transmission slippage, keyless entry not reliable, gas pedal stuck while driving.
Apr 2007 3000 mi	Computer reflashed according to TSB to correct transmission, acceleration and keyless entry problems. Keyless entry still not working.

Dec 2006 1000 mi	The lever to open the hood is located by the driver's left foot. Slightly bumping that lever with the side of the left foot opens the first latch on the hood on my Nitro. This happened 12 times. Has not happened again since the dealer visit.
May 2007 5600 mi	Wiring Harness got hot by engine manifold. The coating on the wires melted and shorted out. The Nitro would not start and was towed to the dealership for a one week repair.
Jun 2007 7000 mi	An electrical part failed in the ignition. The warning sound and light stating that the "key was in the ignition" would come on whenever the door was opened even w/o the key in the ignition. The doors could not be locked or unlocked with the key fob.
